Processing Time and Shipping

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and checkout is in Australian dollars.
All orders are made to order by Mist Designs in our small studio west of Sydney- Timeline
- production time is within 5 to 10 business days plus postage time
- expect a few extra days during peak periods
- to avoid any delays, please ensure the information you provide to complete your order is correct, eg, name spelling; colour selection; size, etc
- we do not send proofs before production unless requested
- if your order is urgent please get in touch and we will see what we can do to accommodate you
- Christmas Cut Off
- Delivery Orders
- 30th November is the latest orders can be placed. This is to ensure your order has ample time to be processed and at the post office before the post office cut off times
- Pick Up Orders
- 8th December is the latest orders can be placed if your able to collect from our location in Doonside, 2767.
- Shipping
Your order is packaged and sent with 100% of our love and care to ensure it's safe delivery, however Mist Designs cannot take responsibility for delivery delays, items lost in transit, stolen or damaged during transit or delivery
- we use Australia Post to ship most of the orders and products
- shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items and will be calculated at the time of checkout and despatched from our location in Western Sydney.
- a shipping confirmation including the tracking details will be emailed to you when your order has been posted.
- some smaller items that are not bulky and not fragile can be posted as a "large letter" standard post from Australia Post providing you with cheaper delivery however these rates do not have tracking and are sent at your own risk. Again, we cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed during transit.
- currently we do not post outside of Australia
